Export process guide:

  1. Register in the database of clients, cargo owners, and intermediary companies. See Circular 5968 and its Appendix.
  2. Authorize cargo entry through SPRCOnline following the "USO-304-OL" procedure.
  3. Request cargo entry appointment. For breakbulk cargo, follow this information. For containers, this is the procedure.
  4. Follow up using the different systems (SPRCOnline, MUISCA, and VUCE) in order to review selectivity and any holds that may have been placed on the shipment by the authorities (DIAN, anti-narcotics, and health).
  5. If any authority requests inspection or cargo recognition, mobilization must be requested. If you have any questions, please click here.
  6. Obtain clearance from the authorities for cargo shipment.
  7. Pay the terminal for any cargo services rendered. Go to Fees and Payment Processes in Customer Service.
  8. Submit the shipment documentation request. Click here.
