The service number is the number that identifies the cargo at the terminal. When searching for this, it is important to keep in mind that the terminal system only accepts BL numbers containing14 characters, counted from left to right. If this does not contain the customer's Tax ID number (NIT), search for 9999999999 or 1.
Additionally, for containers, you can search by container number and unloading UVI.
