Learn about the requirements for accessing SPRCOnline

These are the requirements for accessing the SPRCOnline service

1. Register your company with SPRC
   Companies must send the registration forms to SPRCOnline, which can be downloaded from the Formatos y procesos section.

2. Go through the induction to the SPRCOnline system 
   Once the SPRCOnline user and password assignment documents have been received and approved, the user is invited to an induction session to learn how to use the system according to the profile requested in the forms. After the training, you will be issued a unique and non-transferable password that will be used to log into the system.

3. Google Chrome browser version 86
   The SPRCOnline system is certified to run on the Google Chrome browser from version 53 to 86. Using other versions or other browsers does NOT guarantee that the system will function properly.

4. Have the SPRCOnline Digital Security Certificate
   All computer equipment used to access SPRCOnline must have an updated SPRCOnline Digital Security Certificate. To install the certificate, follow the instructions mentioned in the following documents.

5. Google Chrome Internet Explorer browser settingsThe Google Chrome browser must be configured to allow pop-up windows. To change this configuration, follow the instructions mentioned in this document:
